The most popular trolley routes of Gatlinburg are:

Downtown River RD, which has the Red Trolley Route, starts from the Mass Transit Centre covers the River Road, Parkway, Bellaire, Regan, Cloverleaf, Cherokee Orchard road, Stephen, New town lane, and then enters Parkway again.

Dollywood allows access to the Pink Trolley. It starts from the Mass Transit Centre and covers the Pigeon Forge. It carries out the Dollywood pick-ups and drop-offs.

East Parkway and City Hall has the Blue Trolley Route. It offers easy access to shops, lodging, and other city attractions. It starts from the Mass Transit Centre and is available after every 25 minutes.

North Gatlinburg Parkway & Welcome Centre routes the Purple Trolley. It starts from the entrance of Gatlinburg, rides along the Parkway, and ends in the Mass Transit Centre.

The Winter Magic Trolley of Gatlinburg departs from the Mass Transit Centre. It journeys for about 45 minutes and displays all the winter decorations during December.
