
Full Demonstration of Children's Programs at Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville
Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) is a private non-profit organization committed to provide support to the presentation of Performing arts to the city. It is a renowned place and the city is enriched with various varieties of cultures in music and genres.
The performance venues at TPAC are namely Andrew Jackson Hall, James K. Polk Theater, Andrew Johnson Theater and War Memorial Auditorium with an average seating capacity of 2472, 1075, 256 and 1661 seats respectively.
The TPAC provides opportunity to the institutions and communities of the state, arts education, and various and innovative art forms. It is also a home to three resident performing art groups such as Nashville Ballet, Nashville Opera, and Tennessee Repertory Theatre. Guide books are provided to the students to enrich about the theater and to make them understand about the thematic learning units. This helps to enhance the performance level of the students and teachers also get assistance of guide book where they are free to edit and direct accordingly.
To make the best of performing arts Annual campaign, Public Programme are arranged to offer variation of cultural and entertainment experiences. The TPAC Provides art lesson to the school children for free. TPAC also take music, dance, theatrical, shows and television productions as a part of it, events such as award ceremonies, films, pageants, recitals, product launches, and receptions.
The Tennessee Performing Arts centers have programs for children's of all ages and school levels and since its inception in 1982 close to 1.5 million students have benefited. This program has 4 programs aimed only for children such as the TPAC Education, Humanities Outreach, Art Smart, and Wolf Trap Early Learning.
