Fantastic Things to Do with Your Children at Cheekwood Botanical Garden
This garden has been opened to the public as a botanical and art museum since early 60s. This was originally a mansion house and property owned by the Cheek Family. This garden is dedicated to promoting botanical collections, its unique landscape, existing buildings, and art.
The Garden has also been supported by the Nashville Art Museum which donated its permanent art collections to the Cheekwood Garden to develop it further. This place is ideal for getting your kids interested in nature and art simultaneously. Admission rates are $15, $12 and $8 for adults, seniors above 65 and kids below 17. There is a flat out $7.5 discount for military personnel. General admission hours are from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm every day. Cheekwood Botanical is closed on Monday each week.
